Delta Partners boss Victor Font named a top CEO in consulting

Victor Font, the co-founder and chief executive officer (CEO) of Delta Partners, has been named one of the world’s top CEOs in the consulting industry by a leading business publication. 

Based in the United Arab Emirates, Victor Font is the only CEO of a consulting firm headquartered in the Middle East to have made this year’s prestigious cut by the magazine CEO Today. He joins a renowned group of consulting industry leaders including the likes of Ignacio García Alves, the CEO of Arthur D. Little; Elie Girard, the CEO of Atos (and indirectly Atos Consulting); Ari Bousbib, the CEO of IQVIA; and Scott McIntyre, the CEO of Guidehouse. 

Victor Font is a Board member of Delta Partners and is active across all business lines. He is also a member of the Delta Partners Investment Committee and a Board member of several of the firm’s portfolio companies. 

Delta Partners is a leading advisory and investment firm specialised in the telecoms, media and tech (TMT) industry. The consultancy is a boutique with a global reach, with offices in the United Arab Emirates, South Africa, Spain, Singapore, Australia and the United States. In May this year, Delta Partners joined FTI Consulting, a listed global consulting firm headquartered in the United States.

Victor Font has over 20 years of experience in the telecoms, media and tech space, advising and helping industry leaders across Europe, Africa, South East Asia, Latin America and the Middle East. Throughout his career, he has led numerous strategy, operational and transformational projects and has held both advisory and interim executive roles across different functions. 

Over the last two years, Victor Font has been identifying and realising significant opportunities in the intersection of the increasingly overlapping telecoms and digital industries. He has been focusing on the digital agendas for some of the leading international telecom groups, helping digital players in their internationalisation efforts as well as the definition of the innovative business and partnership models around the globe. 

Victor Font’s professional experience is further complemented by experience in M&A transactions and private equity in both developed and emerging markets. Victor is also an investor and Director at ARA, the first Catalan multiplatform media company launched in Barcelona in partnership with The International Herald Tribune and The New York Times.

Before co-founding Delta Partners, Victor Font was Partner at Oliver Wyman (then DiamondCluster) in Sao Paolo, Barcelona and Dubai. He was Managing Director at Oliver Wyman’s Middle Eastern practice and member of the firm’s Management Committee for Europe, Latin America and the Middle East. 

Victor Font received a Bachelor of Science and an MBA from ESADE in Barcelona and a Program Certificate in International Management from Georgetown University, Washington DC. He speaks Catalan, Spanish, English, and Portuguese and is conversational in French.
