Allinial, Integra, Nexia and Russell Bedford expand in MENA
Global professional services groups Allinial Global, Integra International, Nexia and Russell Bedford have expanded their coverage in the Middle East with the addition of member firms.
In the United Arab Emirates, Dubai based KGRN Accounting Associates has joined the network of Integra International, an association of independent firms with around 5,000 employees globally. KGRN is led by founder Gopu Rama Naidu and consists of a team of around 25 partners and staff. The firm specialises in auditing, accounting, tax advice and consulting services, with a focus on small businesses.
In Egypt, Fathalla & Co. has joined Nexia International, adding a team of 4 partners and 57 members of staff to its ranks. Based in Cairo and Alexandria, Fathalla & Co. provides a wide range of services including integrated reporting, assurance, corporate and business tax, transfer pricing, legal services, outsourcing, consulting, transactions advisory, VAT refund, accounting and bookkeeping services, company formation, payroll and HR administration services.
The firm serves a broad range of sectors and industries, particularly focusing on the financial services sector. “Being a member of a reputable network like Nexia, will allow us to better serve our clients,” said Managing Partner Mohamed Fathalla.
Meanwhile, in Palestine, Gaza-based Wise Company for Professional Services has been admitted into the network of Allinial Global, an association with member firms in 140+ countries. The team of Wise Company for Professional Services specialises in auditing, accounting, financial consulting, and software services to a broad range of clients, including commercial businesses, engineering consultancies, nonprofit institutions, municipalities, and NGOs.
In Abu Dhabi, NAS Chartered Accountants joined Integra International. The local firm has a team of 12 staff, led by Director Shefeek Salim, an Indian national who previously served HLB. NAS specialises in helping SME clients with accounting, bookkeeping, audit and assurance, VAT, restructuring, business valuation, and business advisory services.
Yemen-based Dar Al-Mohassaba has become a member of Russell Bedford. Founded in 1992, when co-founders Hassan Al-Dailami and Mohammed Shaiba joined forces, Dar Al-Mohassaba has gone from strength to strength over the years and is now one of the larger CPA firms in the country. The firm has a strong audit practice, and also provides services in the area of accounting, taxation, business consulting and digitisation.
