Aurelien Vincent and Chadi Moujaes partners at Strategy&
Strategy& has appointed two new partners in the Middle East, consolidating its position as the region’s largest strategic consulting partnership.
The addition of Chadi Moujaes and Aurelien Vincent lifts Strategy&’s partner team to 42 according to its own website, up from just over 30 at the start of 2020. Commenting on the growth in the wake of the unprecedented Covid-19 crisis, Middle East Managing Director George Sarraf took to LinkedIn last week to thank every partner and company member “for making their mark” against the backdrop of a challenging year.
For many in the partnership, Chadi Moujaes will be a familiar face. He previously served Strategy& (back then Booz & Company) for fourteen years up to 2014, latterly as a Vice President, departing the firm for arch-rival McKinsey & Company where he served as a partner for four years. Most recently, Moujaes was an Executive Vice President at government-focused cyber specialist DarkMatter.
A member of Strategy&’s Public Sector practice, he advises clients on socioeconomic development, innovation, job creation, citizen-centric public services, and human capital development. Moujaes has extensive experience with digital technologies that can help reinvent the apparatus of government, from policy formulation to service delivery and citizen engagement.
Also coming with a background at McKinsey is Aurelien Vincent. The Frenchman served the US giant for the past eight years in Dubai, advising clients in banking (retail, wholesale and investment banks), public finance institutions, regulators and funds in the Middle East region on strategy, organisation, transformation, risk, and post-merger integration.
Before his spell in strategy consulting, Vincent was a Senior Vice President at Dexia, the co-founder and leader of a solar power projects development & investment company, and served banking institutions BNP Paribas and JPMorgan Chase in Europe and Singapore.
Vincent is a member of Strategy&’s Financial services practice, one of the firm’s 10+ industry verticals.
