BrazilSAP reveals winners of its Middle East partner excellence awards
IT giant SAP has revealed the global winners of its annual partner excellence awards, lauding over a dozen service providers in the Middle East for their excellence in SAP consulting, implementation and technology services.
Serving over 400,000 companies worldwide, SAP is the globe’s largest provider of enterprise resource planning (ERP) software. More than 92% of the Forbes Global 2000 companies use SAP for its core technology backbone, while notably, 80% of SAP’s customers are small and mid-sized businesses. In FY20, SAP generated revenues of €27 billion.
To support its clients with implementing, running and maintaining applications on the SAP infrastructure, the German-origin group has a huge ecosystem of service providers comprising consulting firms, systems integrators, SAP re-sellers and managed services providers, among others.
SAP’s annual Awards for Partner Excellence recognise the top performing and contributing SAP partners over the past year, with twenty-three of the in total eighty-five 2021 winners coming from the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region.
Determined by a steering committee composed of regional and global SAP representatives, the awards place the spotlights on service providers that have provided “amazing work and value” said Ahmed Jaber Al-Faifi and Sergio Maccotta, who lead SAP in the Middle East. “Partners help SAP customers with adopting innovation easily, gaining results rapidly, growing sustainably and optimising their solutions.”
