Bain partner Bianca Leodari relocates from Dubai to France
After spending around a decade in the Middle East, Bain & Company partner Bianca Leodari has relocated from Dubai to France.
Italian-origin Bianca Leodari has been with the global strategy management consulting firm since 2008, when she joined the consultancy having spent five years at rival Oliver Wyman.
During her 15+ years of experience in consulting, Leodari gained extensive experience in digital transformation, post-merger integration, turnaround and business unit strategy, with a focus on clients in the financial services industry. She also has managed several customer experience transformation programs for and retail conglomerates.
In France, Leodari has been appointed a partner in the Paris office and member of the firm’s Financial Services, Private Equity and Customer Strategy & Marketing practices. Leodari earned her MBA with honours from INSEAD and holds a Bachelor from Università Bocconi.
Her appointment comes shortly after Bain & Company’s French practice welcomed Romain Deleforge (internal transfer from Bain’s London office) and Patrick Biecheler (joined from de Roland Berger) to its partner team.
In the Middle East, Bain & Company has a team of over 25 partners and 300 professionals working from offices in Saudi Arabia (Riyadh), Qatar (Doha) and the United Arab Emirates (Dubai).
