Devoteam’s Omar Al Masri becomes part of elite ServiceNow group

Omar Al Masri, a technology consultant at Devoteam in Jordan, has hit a special career milestone. 

When Omar Al Masri joined Devoteam at the start of 2019, he already had ServiceNow expertise under his belt. Over the past three two-and-a-half years, he continued to specialise in the technology.

Devoteam’s ServiceNow work is led by certified professionals, with the Middle East practice recently adding another certification to its roster – but this time, it is one that has made the spotlights globally. In an announcement on LinkedIn, Devoteam has unveiled that Omar Al Masri has become the first Servicenow Certified Master Architect across the 8,000-strong company.

He also becomes the first person in the Middle East to hold this tile, and one of only 115 in the world. “I am very proud of this achievement,” said Al Masri, who took the time to thank two of his main mentors within the firm [Osama Ghoul and Emad Mustafa] for their “leadership, support, and investment to make us grow to achieve our business and personal goals.”

ServiceNow has several certifications for individuals, with the Certified Master Architect one of most exclusive. To take part in the Master Architect program, a participant must have at least five ServiceNow certifications and more than five years of experience with large and complex engagements. Access to the program – which requires over six months of intensive training – is limited to two cohorts per year.
