BrazilRoland Berger promotes three to principal in Dubai office
Roland Berger has promoted a trio of Middle East company members to Principal level: Mario Sanchez, Michele Cicchiello and Pauline Coquet.
Mario Sanchez has been with the global strategic consulting firm (2,400 employees in 50+ offices worldwide) since 2015, having previously worked for global consumer goods giant Procter & Gamble. At Roland Berger, he focuses on helping clients with advancing and realising their sustainability agenda.
An Industrial Engineer by background, Sanchez works with public and private leaders (with a specialisation in the waste management industry) on developing sustainability and circular strategies, and the subsequent implementation of these plans.
Michele Cicchiello joined Roland Berger in its Italian office a decade ago, with prior experience at a consultancy and Sky Italia under his belt. Cicchiello relocated to Dubai early 2016, climbing the ranks from Senior Consultant to now Principal.
At Roland Berger, Cicchiello is a member of the Transport, Mobility and Infrastructure practice. He specialises in helping both public entities and private players with strategy, financial and performance improvement and socioeconomic impact.
Pauline Coquet is a member of Roland Berger’s Digital and Retail practices in the Middle East, with a specialisation in developing corporate strategies, corporate venturing and financial models. She also has experience serving clients in the telecommunication and real estate sectors.
Coquet joined Roland Berger in 2015, previously gaining three years of working experience in France, where she started her advisory career at a boutique TMT consulting firm.
