Informatica elevates Devoteam to Gold partner level
Within a year of joining Informatica’s partner ranks, international consulting firm Devoteam has been elevated to Gold Partner status in the Middle East.
Devoteam’s regional outfit became a certified partner of Informatica in December last year, and over the past months the digital consultancy and engineering specialist has “successfully implemented several cloud migration and data governance solutions at corporates across the region,” said David Quider, who oversees the firm’s Informatica offerings in the region.
Established in the 90’s in the US, Informatica is today one of the larger global providers of solutions that support data-driven working. Its suite of solutions enable businesses to store and analyse their data, run powerful analytics in the cloud, migrate from legacy to new-age solutions, while ensuring compliance with data and reporting regulations.
Housed within Devoteam’s business consulting offering, the Informatica practices supports clients with designing their blueprints, developing their roll-out roadmaps and with the build and implementation. Devoteam also supports clients with maintaining and upgrading their Informatica applications.
The elevation from Silver to Gold partner level recognises Devoteam’s track record, and sees the firm join the likes of HCL, Slalom, Valantic and ZS in the band. Consultancies and system integrators in the highest band (named ‘Strategic GSIs’) are Accenture, Capgemini, Cognizant and Deloitte.
In the Middle East, Devoteam has a team of around 450 consultants, project managers, data engineers and technologists. Informatica is one of a long list of technology partnerships under its belt, including among others Amazon Web Services, Google, Microsoft, Salesforce and ServiceNow.
