Kearney hits partner milestone in Saudi with Abdulrahman Justaniah
Global management consulting firm Kearney has hit a milestone in Saudi Arabia, appointing Abdulrahman Justaniah the first ever Saudi national to its leadership ranks in the country.
From its base in Riyadh, Kearney supports private and public sector clients in industries including oil & gas, chemicals, utilities, transportation, infrastructure, consumer goods, financial services and government on some of their most pressing topics. Kearney is particularly renowned for its expertise in strategic operations, supply chain and procurement.
As part of its own workforce nationalisation goals, Kearney is ramping up the hire of Saudi nationals into its team, with Abdulrahman Justaniah the most high-profile domestic recruit to date – and one that is of special significance for the US-headquartered global consultancy.
Bringing 15+ years of experience in leadership roles at consumer goods giant Procter & Gamble and Saudi’s Authority of Spending Efficiency and Government Projects, Justaniah becomes the first Saudi national to be admitted into the partnership. “We are excited to announce his joining and welcome Abdulrahman to our ever-growing team in the critical Saudi market,” said Bob Willen, Managing Director of Kearney’s Middle East & Africa region.
Most recently at the Saudi government institution, which oversees the development of national policies and strategies on the efficiency of planning and spending, as well as management of projects, assets, and facilities, Justaniah served as Vice President of Strategy and Shared Services. Earlier, he was Vice President for Strategy & Organization Development.
During his decade-plus career at Procter & Gamble, Justaniah held roles of growing seniority in supply chain and manufacturing across Saudi Arabia and Egypt.
Now at Kearney, he will advise the firm’s C-suite/Board level clients on range of topics including operational and organisational excellence, strategy, supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, and change management.
In Riyadh, Kearney is based on the 27th Floor of the Al Faisaliah Tower, at King Fahd Road.
Earlier this year, Kearney appointed four new partners across its Middle East offices.
