Global research and consulting firm Frost & Sullivan has named Robin Joffe as the new leader for its Middle East, Africa and South Asia (MEASA) division.

From the firm’s base in Dubai, Joffe will lead Frost & Sullivan’s seven offices in the MEASA region – located in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, North Africa, India, and Nepal.

Joffe transfers internally, crossing from Frost & Sullivan’s Japanese business – a unit he successfully setup and expanded into what is today one of the firm’s fastest-growing markets (Frost & Sullivan has offices in 20+ countries).

“We are quite excited to bring Robin into the region. His experience building teams, growing businesses, and his client focus will open significant opportunities as we seek to invest in and grow the Frost & Sullivan brand,” said Rick Ainsworth, Chief Commercial Officer at Frost & Sullivan.

Prior to his thirteen years in Japan, Joffe spent a dozen years at industry counterpart Gartner, where he held several management positions in the US and served as the leader of its Japan operations.

Joffe specialises in market entry work, having helped 50+ clients design, implement, and drive growth strategies across industries and continents, from the start-up creation process to directing mature businesses. He excels in sales and channel management, strategy mapping, and business transformation across sectors such as information & communications technology, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and financial services.

Now at Frost & Sullivan, Joffe looks forward to “drive deep, meaningful engagement with clients to help them maximise their future growth potential and help them to grow faster. Also, I will work with our clients to help facilitate their direct investment across different countries and regions.”

Founded in 1961, Frost & Sullivan helps companies, governments, and investors with research and intelligence services. The firm also has an advisory business, which supports clients with developing growth plans and the realisation of these plans. Key consulting offerings centre around strategy, market entry, organisation and operations.
