BrazilInjazat adds Nexthink's employee experience platform to offerings
Digital transformation company Injazat has inked a partnership with Nexthink, a Swiss company that provides software for managing and enhancing the employee experience.
Abu Dhabi headquartered Injazat (part of G42 Group) provides a range of technology, cloud and cyber solutions, with a focus on two segments: smart cities and digital health.
Through the freshly inked partnership, Injazat will be able to add Nexthink’s Infinity platform to its managed services offerings to clients across the region.
Explaining the rationale behind the partnership, Injazat CEO Usama Dahabiyeh said: “This partnership serves the growing and changing needs from our customers. Nexthink gives IT unprecedented insight into employees’ daily experience with technology – freeing them to progress from reactive problem solving to continuous, proactive optimization.”
“Embedding Nexthink into our managed services uniquely quantifies our customer employees’ complete digital experience. By providing a 360-degree score, Injazat can proactively see, manage, and improve our customer’s workforce’s digital experience.”
The partnership comes at a time of growing focus on employee experience, amid a talent crunch and rapidly growing expectations from employees in light of ‘delightful’ experiences they are receiving elsewhere (retail, ecommerce, telecom, and so on).

According to Nexthink’s website, its Infinity platform is used by over 1,000 organizations worldwide. Injazat has become the company’s eighth partner in the UAE.

In 2022, Nexthink signed a partnership with Solutions by STC focused on the Saudi market.
