Who's who: Abdulrahman Justaniah: 1st Saudi partner at Kearney
In February last year, Abdulrahman Justaniah became the first ever Saudi national to join the partner team of Kearney. The spotlight on Justaniah and his path to the notable career – and Kearney – milestone.
After obtaining his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals in Dhahran, Abdulrahman Justaniah kicked off his career at Procter & Gamble, where he spent close to a dozen years across its operations in Saudi Arabia and Egypt.
Having grown the ranks at the consumer goods giant, Justaniah latterly served as demand planning leader for the Middle East and Africa, and led part of the manufacturing operations in Dammam.
In 2017, Justaniah joined the Project Efficiency Authority, at the time as the fifth employee. The authority was established in 2017 to support Saudi Arabia’s efficiency, project execution, operations and maintenance for all spending through the public budget.
During his five-year tenure at the authority, Justaniah held several leadership roles, most recently Vice President of Strategy and Excellence, and Vice President of Strategy and Shared Services.
Previously, he was Executive Director of Strategy and Organizational Excellence and worked as Executive Director of the strategic procurement unit. In the latter role, Justaniah led the establishment of the authority’s strategic procurement unit to increase government efficiency, and led the organizational design, developed processes, and set up governance with more than 450 government entities across the Kingdom.
At the start of 2022, Justaniah joined Kearney in its Riyadh office, and twelve months down the line, he was promoted to partner. During his time in management consulting, he has led and contributed to several transformational projects in the Kingdom. Justaniah specialises in strategic operations, organizational excellence, supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, and change management.
During his career, Justaniah completed several leadership courses, including pathways to leadership process, GROW Coaching, situational leadership and emerging leaders.
