BrazilProven Consult appoints Hilel Baroud as chief executive officer
Saudi-headquartered professional services group Proven Arabia has appointed Hilel Baroud as the new CEO of its consulting subsidiary, Proven Consult.
Hilel Baroud has been promoted from within the company’s ranks, having joined the consulting firm at the start of this year following a 20-year career in consultancy, technology, and telecom. Initially working out of the Netherlands, Baroud has been based in the UAE for the past eight years.
In his new role as CEO, Baroud will focus on expanding Proven Consult’s presence in the Saudi consulting market. Founded in 2023, the firm has around 70 consultants and staff listed on LinkedIn.
Proven Consult specialises in digital and process transformation services, including digital strategy, business process management, data & analytics, and the adoption of emerging technologies such as robotic process automation and artificial intelligence.

Baroud brings extensive knowledge and experience in sales and technical capacities to the role. Prior to joining Proven Consult, he was a Senior Director of Sales Engineering for Growth Markets at UiPath, a provider of software solutions for robotic process automation. Earlier, he held roles at Dell, Criteo and Tele2, among others, and led his own company in the hosting landscape.
