ProClipse Consulting kicks off next edition of Change Program
ProClipse Consulting has kicked off the second cohort of its Change Champion Academy Program.
Launched mid 2023, the Change Champion Academy Program is a 3-month program that helps leaders and senior professionals develop their change management competencies and skills.
“Our program provides participants with cutting-edge insights on change management, and then ensures that they put the theory into practice, empowering them to drive sustainable results within their own organisation,” said Talal El-Assaad, Managing Partner at ProClipse Consulting.
Following the sold out first edition in August, the Change Champion Academy Program has now returned with a class of 15 professionals. Participants range from leaders in both the public and private sector, to project managers, and professionals that specialise in embedding change within organisations.
The program offers deep insights into different approaches and interventions for change management, including the Prosci Change Management Methodology and its award-winning ADKAR Model. Developed by Prosci founder Jeff Hiatt, ADKAR is an acronym for the five outcomes an individual needs to achieve for a change to be successful: Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability and Reinforcement.
“The participants will apply the knowledge on their own real-life projects, and receive guidance from ProClipse Consulting’s experts on how they could solve and drive results. This trainer through to mentoring approach ensures that participants apply and institutionalise what they learn,” El-Assaad said.
The program comes at a time when Middle East governments and private sector organisations are driving major change, led by Vision and Economic Strategy programs including Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, ‘We the UAE 2031’, and the four forward pillars and enablement projects leading to the 12 national priorities of ‘Oman 2040’.
As a result, spending on transformation initiatives is at a record-high and is expected to rise further in the coming years. “Ultimately, people hold the key to actually delivering tangible results,” said El-Assaad.
