“The collaboration with Crowe provides an excellent opportunity for our employees to expand their knowledge and skills, ultimately enhancing their professional competencies and contributing to the growth of our organisation,” Al Fardan continued.

As part of the agreement, Crowe will deliver a diverse range of training programs designed to equip Al Fardan staff with “the latest industry insights, best practices, and specialised skill sets necessary to thrive in today’s dynamic market,” said Dawn Thomas, partner at Crowe. The trainings will span business and interpersonal skills.

Having won the bid in competition with a number of other accounting and consulting firms as well as training specialists, Thomas said Crowe was “honoured to be chosen as a training partner for Al Fardan Exchange”, a company that is renowned for placing people at the heart of its strategy.

Crowe is one of the ten largest accounting-origin professional services networks. The contract with Al Fardan Exchange is led by its UAE organisation.
