Ankur Goyal, Sara Minelli and Fadi Hariz partner at Bain & Company

Global strategy giant Bain & Company has promoted a trio of company members in the Middle East to partner: Ankur Goyal, Sara Minelli, and Fadi Hariz.

Ankur Goyal has been with Bain & Company since 2015. He has worked extensively across India, Australia and the Middle East offices, and is a member of the Advanced Manufacturing & Services practice with a particular focus on the Transport & Logistics, and Construction, Building Materials & Real Estate sectors.

Goyal’s core areas of expertise include supporting clients on strategy, innovation, performance improvement, commercial due diligence, investment activation & post-merger integration, and results delivery.

Alongside his client work, Goyal spearheads Bain & Company’s transfers program, helped the Middle East team attract and integrate talent from the firm’s offices worldwide.

Sara Minelli joined Bain & Company in 2015 in its Italy, and is now a leader in the Public Sector practice in the Middle East, serving clients across Saudi Arabia and the UAE.

Over the course of her career, she has accumulated a wide range of cross-sectorial expertise, with a specific focus on advising clients in the education, human capital and innovation spaces across a range of topics including strategy design & implementation, organization and digital innovation.

Beyond her client efforts, Minelli leads Bain & Company’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion efforts.

Fadi Hariz has been with Bain & Company since 2011 and is a member of the Financial Services practice, with a primary focus on clients in Saudi Arabia and the UAE.

Hariz has over the course of his career advised financial institutions on topics related to mergers & acquisitions, corporate strategy, digital strategy, distribution & sales enhancement, and commercial due diligences. In recent years, he has specialized in helping incumbent players in the GCC with driving growth, performance improvement and customer experience.

Outside of his client-facing work, Hariz leads the Associate Consultant recruiting efforts for multiple universities in the region, including the American University of Beirut, where he studied himself.
