Oussama Nicolas and Elsy Dumit joins Roland Berger's health team
Roland Berger has expanded its healthcare consulting practice in the Middle East with two leadership appointments.
Appointed a partner, Oussama Nicolas brings over 20 years of healthcare focused experience to the strategy consulting firm. He works with leaders across the healthcare landscape to achieve sustainable improvements in healthcare systems across the GCC.
He joins Roland Berger from a major consultancy where he was a partner in its Healthcare practice, working on projects around healthcare strategy and transformation, care design, capacity planning, and execution.

Appointed a principal, Elsy Dumit brings almost 15 years of experience to Roland Berger. She has worked in consulting, most recently at another strategy consultancy firm, and across the health industry, as well as in life sciences and global non-profit institutions. She has significant expertise within public health, healthcare, life sciences, and the social sector.
In her new role at Roland Berger, Dumit will support clients develop national-level strategies with a focus on public health, health policy and population health management, and designing and supporting holistic strategic transformations. She also is involved in the implementation of plans, committed to creating actionable change and lasting impact.
