BNH appoints CBRE as property manager for commercial buildings

Bahrain National Holding (BNH) has appointed CBRE as its real estate consultant for the management and lease of two commercial buildings in Bahrain.

Established in 1969, Bahrain National Holding is a financial services company that provides insurance and risk management solutions to business and individuals. The company is the parent of well-known brands such as Bahrain National Insurance, Bahrain National Life Assurance, Al Kindi Specialised Hospital, and National Finance House.

Bahrain National Holding has now selected CBRE to manage two of its assets: BNH Tower in Seef District, and a commercial building in Sanad which accommodates a branch of its Bahrain National Insurance subsidiary.

BNH appoints CBRE as property manager for commercial buildings

Located in the heart of Seef District’s commercial zone, BNH Tower offers modern commercial office space with a total lettable area of approximately 5,000 square metres and a typical floor plate of 530 square metres. The 10-storey building provides 115 parking spaces on the ground floor and first floor for occupiers and visitors.

The commercial building in Sanad has approximately 2,980 square metres of commercial office space and a typical floor plate of 460 square metres.
