Samana Developers selects Shahgaron for Oracle implementation

Dubai-based Samana Developers has kicked-off a major technology upgrade, selecting Shahgaron as the implementation partner for its ERP overhaul.

Established in 2015, Samana Developers is an award-winning real estate developer, with a focus on luxury properties. Well-known projects delivered include Park Views and Waves, and properties that resemble the likes of Miami and Santorini.

As part of its growth ambition, Samana Developers has launched a major digital transformation program, with significant milestones spread over the next two to three years.

At the heart of the future IT landscape is Oracle Fusion, an ERP system from Oracle. The development company will deploy Oracle Fusion to run and automate core functions such as project management, finance, procurement, and human resources.

By shifting from its current setup of using disparate systems into a single, integrated platform, Samana Developers anticipates to enhance efficiency (by up to 30-50% in efficiency), increase operational agility, improve data visibility, and deliver better value and optimized service levels to customers.

The first phase of the program focuses on establishing the digital backbone – integrating basic technologies and launching the initial version of customer and broker portals. Subsequent phases will see the introduction of more sophisticated technologies, including the deployment of robots and humanoids.

Selected to lead the implementation of the Oracle system is Shahgaron, a UAE-based IT consultancy. A certified Oracle partner, Shahgaron helps clients build and roll-out Oracle solutions, both on-premise and in the cloud.
