Brazilstc Group to lift the IT experience of staff with Nexthink platform
Saudi-headquartered stc Group has inked a strategic partnership with Nexthink, a provider of software that helps IT teams optimize the digital experience of employees.
The Nexthink platform helps IT leaders to gain in-depth insight into how employees are using applications across the technology infrastructure, enabling IT teams to proactively identify and resolve issues, optimise performance, and continuously enhance the overall digital workplace experience of employees.
Following a successful pilot with the Nexthink platform, stc Group has now taken its partnership with the Swiss-based software provider to the next level.
Since the implementation, stc Group has managed to improve its digital experience scores by over 50% – resulting in fewer ticket escalations, faster issue resolution by 20% and happier, more productive employees.
The strategic partnership will now see stc Group roll out the tool across its business, comprising 13 subsidiaries across the Middle East, North Africa and Europe. While its heritage is in telecom services, stc Group has over the years diversified and is now a provider of digital products and solutions, encompassing digital infrastructure, cloud computing, cybersecurity, internet of things, payments, and digital media & entertainment.
stc Group also has a digital transformation and IT services business, Solutions by STC, which own a major stake in Devoteam.
