Saleh Almuqbil joins Saudi team of Argon & Co

Global operations and supply chain consultancy Argon & Co has strengthened its team in the Middle East with Saleh Almuqbil.

Appointed a Senior Consultant, Saleh Almuqbil is an industrial and systems engineer with several years of experience in the consulting industry. After kicking off his career at Mercer, Almuqbil most recently worked with Oliver Wyman, where he worked on multiple engagements for governmental organizations.

His track record includes helping a GCC government institutions with the implementation of a new balancing fund strategy, supporting a semi-governmental entity with the development of a water sector legislation policy paper, and helping a government client with the development of a roadmap for its employee value proposition, among others.

At Argon & Co, Almuqbil becomes a member of the firm’s growing team in Riyadh. The global consultancy launched its office in the Kingdom in the spring of 2022, and today is involved with the delivery of a number of strategic programs in the government and private sector.

Almuqbil holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering with honors from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals.

In addition to his consulting career, Almuqbil has made significant strides in public speaking and moderating high-profile conferences. He moderated a keynote discussion at the MISK Global Forum with the CEO of a major Saudi entity, an event that attracted ministers and other prominent leaders. Saleh has also led panel discussions with CEO-level executives and senior scientists, focusing on Strategic Leadership and the transformative role of AI.
