New Metrics has formally launched its Manual Thinking training in the Middle East, offering leaders across the region the opportunity to bring the award-winning approach to their businesses and teams.

Described by many as a groundbreaking methodology for enhancing teamwork and co-creation, Manual Thinking helps teams visualize, organize, and execute their ideas seamlessly. The approach guides teams in bringing together ideas and improvement concepts, and then provides the tools and techniques (such as the Manual Thinking Box and the Manual Thinking Map) to structure these ideas into action-oriented plans.

Since its inception, the Manual Thinking method has been embraced by prominent organizations such as IKEA and Nestlé, as well as governments and renowned business schools like Esade and EADA.

Luki Huber, the creator of Manual Thinking, said that as the Middle East diversifies and innovates, the need for effective teamwork tools is becoming increasingly critical. Against this backdrop, he has partnered with New Metrics to bring Manual Thinking to the region.

“I am incredibly proud to partner with New Metrics, one of the most innovative companies in the Middle East, to bring Manual Thinking to this dynamic region. This partnership represents a significant step forward in fostering creativity and collaboration within Middle Eastern organizations.”

New Metrics will kick off the Manual Thinking training sessions in Oman, but already facing strong demand for the capability, the consulting firm has announced plans to expand to Riyadh and Dubai. “The introduction of Manual Thinking in the Middle East is a game-changer for organizations seeking to improve their collaborative efforts,” said Anisa Al Raissi, Head of Academy & Experiential Learning Facilitator at New Metrics.

The launch was celebrated at a special event in Oman this week, which was attended by numerous high-ranked leaders and distinguished guests, including New Metrics board member and Omani royal Sayyida Rawan Ahmed Al Said.
