Saudi Air Navigation Services, the exclusive provider of air traffic control and civil air navigation services in the Kingdom, has announced a strategic partnership with New Metrics to advance its employee experience and well-being across the organization.

Established in 2016, Saudi Air Navigation Services manages over 2 million square kilometers of airspace, ensuring the safety of more than 900,000 annual air traffic movements. The organization, headquartered in Jeddah, provides services including air traffic management, communication, surveillance, and navigation to support safe, efficient, and reliable aviation.

The collaboration with New Metrics aims to further elevate the organization’s employee experience – a key objective of its overarching goal to become a leading employer of choice in Saudi Arabia.

A core initiative within the partnership is the implementation of a comprehensive Voice of Employee program, covering all 2,000 employees across the full employee lifecycle from candidacy and onboarding through to offboarding and alumni engagement. Powered by Medallia, the program enables continuous listening, identifies experience blind spots, and supports targeted improvements across key moments that matter.
