Create launches graduate program for talent in the creative sector

Regional professional services firm Create has launched a new training program for young professionals seeking to kickstart their career in the creative and advertising sector.

Setup in collaboration with SAE Creative Media University College, the 12-week program will offer students from the university (in their third year or higher) with training across important facets of the creative industry.

Also part of he program is on the job learning and mentorship, with students offered the opportunity to rotate across Create’s departments including Creative, Production, Client Services, Finance, and Human Resources, where they be able to work on real client projects and support the firm’s operations.

Throughout their experience, students will receive personalised coaching and support from senior members of the Create team. Headquartered in Dubai, Create has around 180 staff working from offices in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Egypt.

Christian Loos, Talent & Leadership Development Director at Create, said the inception of the program is part of the firm’s ongoing efforts to contribute to positive cultural and economic transformations across the region. Grooming young talent for a career in business falls within mantle, she said.

Notably, Create stated that the program’s star performers will be offered full-time roles within the company. The first cohort of the program will begin in January 2025.
