NMS Consulting appoints Aykut Cakir as its new CEO

US-headquartered NMS Consulting has appointed Aykut Cakir as its new Chief Executive Officer.

Aykut Cakir has been serving as Senior Partner and Head of EMEA, as well as Acting CEO, since January this year. He will now officially assume the CEO role, bringing his extensive experience to lead the firm’s global operations.

Cakir has been with NMS Consulting since late 2021, when the US-headquartered group completed the acquisition of Turkey-based Softforay. Having led the Turkish company, he then transitioned into his role of EMEA leader at NMS Consulting. Earlier in his career, Cakir held senior roles at multinational corporations such as Procter & Gamble, John Deere, Linde, and Roche Pharmaceuticals.

His step up to CEO will see him lead the consulting firm out of Turkey and the United States. “I am honored to be appointed as the CEO of NMS Consulting,” said Cakir. “I look forward to working with our talented team to further strengthen our position as a leading global consultancy and to continue delivering exceptional value to our clients across all regions.”
