Four Salesforce Bootcamp members transition to consulting roles at Deloitte

Deloitte has concluded the third edition of its Salesforce Bootcamp Program in Jordan, with four of the cohort’s top performers now working as consultants at the firm.

The Salesforce Bootcamp Program is a training program run by Deloitte(a global management consulting firm) in collaboration with Salesforce (a leading IT platform for customer relationship management). The program in Jordan offers final year students from four universities – University of Jordan, Al Hussein Technical University, Princess Sumaya University for Technology and German Jordanian University – the opportunity to build their skills in Salesforce.

Mohammad Alsharif, Nada Suwan, Salma AlShakhshir and Sara Almahrouq have all completed the program and have now transitioned into professional consulting roles at Deloitte.

“We would like to celebrate the journeys of Mohammad, Nada, Salma and Sara,” said Deloitte in a statement. “The Salesforce Bootcamp program in Jordan has empowered them with essential Salesforce skills, preparing them to thrive within the Salesforce ecosystem.”

The firm’s Middle East business delivers Salesforce projects across the region, providing both technology and organizational services to ensure the platform is optimally setup and used by commercial staff.

Giving back to Jordan’s youth
The Salesforce Bootcamp Program meanwhile is also part of Deloitte’s mission to give back to society. In Jordan, the firm runs all kinds of training and mentoring initiatives that provides students with essential business skills, helping them with a smoother transition to employment after graduation (whether at Deloitte or beyond).

With three cohorts completed and the fourth already lined up, Deloitte said it is proud of the program’s impact to date. “Our Salesforce Bootcamp Program is an effort towards our commitment to society and making a positive contribution in the life of students. We focus to create a culture of learning and meaningful opportunities for young professionals so they can grow and enhance their contribution to the society.”

The program’s contributions haven’t gone unnoticed – they even helped Deloitte bag two regional awards. In both 2024 and 2023, Salesforce named Deloitte its top Community Impact partner in the Middle East, largely on the back of the impact created by its Salesforce Bootcamp Program. “We are thrilled with the recognition from Salesforce and look forward to continuing our journey of creating positive contribution towards the society.”
