Argon & Co appoints Victor Crepy as regional leader of Supply Chain practice

Global management consulting firm Argon & Co has booted its senior team in the Middle East with Victor Crepy.

Appointed a Managing Principal in the Dubai office, Victor Crepy is a member of the leadership team in the Middle East and regional lead of the firm’s Supply Chain practice.

He joins Argon & Co, which just welcomed a new investor to accelerate its global expansion, from cosmetics and personal care giant L’Oréal, where he spent 13 years across its manufacturing and supply chain departments. Most recently, Crepy served as Chief Operations Officer for the Middle East business, overseeing operations across the region and four divisions.

Crepy also held senior line management roles in Supply Chain and Sales & Operations Planning, and led a range of transformation and performance improvements initiatives. This included a transformation of the distribution network and warehouse, resulting in significant cost optimization, improved operational efficiency, and accelerated speed-to-market, and the deployment of robotic process automation and cloud, which automated and enhanced key supply chain processes.

Additionally, he led a comprehensive revamp of L’Oréal’s route-to-market strategy in the region, working closely with internal and external stakeholders, and worked on a project that slashed CO2 emissions and product waste in transportation chain.

Outside of the supply chain domain, Crepy’s expertise also extends into logistics, procurement, digital operations, and sustainability.

Now at Argon & Co, Crepy leads the Supply Chain practice, which develops high-impact strategies and delivers change to unlock long-term business value at its clients. The practice has established itself as one of the leading players in the market.
