Bain & Company named Great Place to Work in Saudi Arabia

The Great Place to Work Institute has named Bain & Company among Saudi Arabia’s top employers, following an annual benchmark which assessed workplace culture, employee experience, and quality of company leadership.
2025 has so far been a momentous year for Bain & Company in Saudi Arabia – the strategy consulting firm landed a number of new high-profile projects, continued the growth of its team, moved into a new office more than double the size of its previous space, and as icing on the cake, the company has now been named one of the kingdom’s top employers.
Awarded by the Great Place to Work Institute, the Great Place to Work certification is handed to companies that have managed to build and nurture a great work culture where employees feel supported and appreciated for their work. Winning companies create a work atmosphere that fosters credibility, respect, fairness, pride and camaraderie.
Notably, the assessment is based on those that matter most – the firm’s own people. Bain & Company scored well across the board, with particularly strong scores in areas such as leadership integrity, support for professional development, and a sense of pride in Bain’s mission.
Tom De Waele and Ahmed Boshnak, respectively Middle East Managing Partner and Riyadh Office Leader, said in reaction to the milestone that it marks a proud moment in Bain & Company’s journey in the Kingdom (which goes back over two decades), and underlines its investment in building a purpose-driven culture centered on trust, collaboration, and belonging.
“We are incredibly proud to receive this certification, which is both a celebration of our people and a reflection of the inclusive, high-performing culture we’ve worked hard to build in the Kingdom,” said Boshnak.
“At Bain & Company, we believe great workplaces are shaped by trust, mentorship, and shared purpose. This recognition reinforces our belief that when people are empowered, supported, and surrounded by a strong sense of belonging, they can truly thrive and create lasting impact.”
“Our people are at the heart of Bain’s success in the Middle East,” said De Waele. “This recognition affirms the culture of excellence, ambition, and support we are committed to nurturing in every office across the region.”
Bain’s culture has won awards all around the world in recent years. Early 2025, the consulting firm ranked as number one on Glassdoor’s Best Places to Work, continuing its track record of being the only company to consistently rank in the top four since the researchers founded the list in 2008.
In Saudi Arabia, other companies that hold the Great Place to Work certificate for 2025 include Al-Dabbagh Group, Hilton, Chalhoub Group, L'Oréal, and Saudi Global Ports.
