Userlane and New Metrics partnership to drive tech adoption and employee productivity

Userlane, a German company that specialises in digital adoption optimisation, has signed a strategic partnership with regional consultancy firm New Metrics.
With the use of systems, applications and AI algorithms surging all over the world, so too are the costs and missed opportunities of using IT. Often, companies invest heavily in buying systems or acquiring software licenses, only to find out down the line that their people are not making full use of the possibilities – or even the systems at all.
This phenomenon, known as software waste, is becoming a growing challenge as organisations continue to expand their suite of digital systems and tools in support of their digital transformation agenda and the need to remain ahead in an increasingly tech-powered marketplace.
This is where digital adoption platforms come in. Such platforms help organisations gain clear-cut insights into the usage of systems, and leveraging those usage analytics, they can reduce support costs and improve software return on investment. These insights can also help companies better unlock possibilities offered by software, driving enhanced employee productivity.
Userlane + New Metrics
Headquartered in Munich, Userlane is one of the leading providers of digital adoption platforms. Named a leader in several analyst reports such as Everest Group and Quadrant, Userlane’s platform helps companies double their software ROI (according to its own records). Its stated contribution to employee productivity is even more impressive: a 5x increase.
Partnering with New Metrics, a leading consulting firm with several offices in the Middle East, Userlane now aims to expand its presence in the region.
“The Middle East is one of the most ambitious and forward-looking regions when it comes to digital transformation. Governments and enterprises are investing boldly in new technologies, but real transformation only happens when people are fully empowered to use those tools,” said Hartmut Hahn, CEO of Userlane.
The partnership will see New Metrics brings its expertise in digital transformation, user experience and change enablement to help drive better adoption of systems and tools in the region. The focus is on highly regulated sectors such as government, financial services, and healthcare – industries where New Metrics already plays a trusted advisory role.
Hahn: “Our partnership with New Metrics enables us to support organizations that are not only embracing change but shaping the future of work. Their track record in unlocking human value through transformation makes them an ideal partner for meaningful, large scale impact.”
Mohamed Debouk, CEO at New Metrics, commented: “Our clients are navigating increasingly complex digital environments, and the ability to drive real adoption is now central to transformation success. This partnership brings together two complementary strengths: Userlane’s smart adoption layer and our human centered, data informed approach to change.”
“Together, we are delivering a solution that enables organizations to create lasting impact and prepare their people for the future of work.”
