APCO appoints Samer El Hachem as Deputy President for MENA

APCO has elevated Samer El Hachem to the role of Deputy President for its business in the Middle East and North Africa.

Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer for the MENA region, Samer El Hachem brings extensive experience in leadership to his new role. In this role, he leads the firm’s operations and plays a pivotal role in supporting APCO’s growth in the region.

He has been with APCO since 2017, previously also serving as Senior Director of Global Transformation, delivering high-impact advisory to clients in complex, fast-changing environments. Earlier in his career, El Hachem worked more than a dozen years in media and management consulting, including at Strategy&. He is based out of Dubai, having previously built his career in Lebanon.

In his expanded role as Deputy President and Chief Operating Officer, El Hachem will work closely with MENA President Mamoon Sbeih on APCO’s strategic agenda in the region. He will partner with regional and global senior leadership teams to realize APCO’s vision, elevate its advisory offering and lead transformation initiatives that strengthen operational excellence. He is also responsible for accelerating the firm’s growth goals and leading enterprise-wide efficiency efforts.
