FP welcomes Christina Sier as Director of People & Culture
Four Principles (FP) has strengthened its team with the appointment of Christina Sier as Director of People & Culture.
At Four Principles, Christina oversees the firm’s human resources strategy, focusing on attracting, developing, and retaining talent. She also drives initiatives that shape the company’s culture, enhance employee engagement, and align people strategies with the organisation’s business objectives.
Christina joins FP with extensive experience in the consulting industry, having worked across both boutique and global consulting firms. Her career in the sector began at Altman Solon in Germany, a global strategy consulting firm focused on the TMT sector. There, she supported leadership in building people operations and talent frameworks tailored to the fast-paced consulting landscape.
She later joined McKinsey & Company in Switzerland, where she worked closely with senior partners in the Life Sciences vertical, gaining firsthand insight into how leadership and culture drive performance in high-impact environments.
Her most recent role was at Stryber, a corporate venture builder headquartered in the UAE, where she served as Global Head of People & Culture. There, she helped scale the team from 20 to over 120 employees across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific, while shaping people and culture strategies for three venture studios. Christina also played a key role in hiring founding teams for more than 50 ventures.
Welcoming her to the firm, FP’s Managing Partners Seif Shieshakly and Patrick Wiebusch said: “We’re truly excited to have Christina on board and can’t wait to see the great things we’ll achieve together.”
