MHAB Food Company partners with Jadarah to strengthen organizational excellence
MHAB Food Company, the group behind the popular seafood restaurant chain Shrimp Shack, has appointed Jadarah Business Consulting as its consulting partner for a company-wide organizational transformation project.
Since launching its first Shrimp Shack restaurant in Riyadh in 2016, MHAB Food Company has expanded the brand into a nationwide chain with 13 locations across the Kingdom. Shrimp Shack’s success stems from its distinctive combination of high-quality seafood, a welcoming dining experience, and accessible price points. Its menu features shrimp, crab, mussels, and lobster, along with a variety of side dishes.
Following this period of strong growth, MHAB Food Company is now seeking to further professionalize its corporate structure – with the goal of enhancing efficiency, clarifying roles and responsibilities, optimizing processes, and preparing the organization for its next phase of expansion.
Saudi-based consulting firm Jadarah Business Consulting has been selected to lead this organizational development and performance improvement initiative.
The joint project team has begun working with Jadarah’s team of consultants to map the company’s current organization and ways of working. This assessment will serve as the foundation for developing a new operating model, including an updated organizational structure, authority matrix, and clearly defined roles and responsibilities at both the organizational and individual levels.
The agreement was officially signed by Maher AlHadhrawi, Founder and CEO of Jadarah Business Consulting, alongside his counterpart at MHAB Food Company, Mohammed Al Mana, Co-Founder and CEO.
