American University in the Emirates appoints Paul Lalovich to Industry Advisory Board
The American University in the Emirates has appointed consulting industry leader Paul Lalovich to its Industry Advisory Board.
Founded in 2006 and located in the Dubai International Academic City (DIAC), the American University in the Emirates is a private higher-education institution in Dubai offering undergraduate and graduate degree programmes across several colleges – including business, media & mass communications, law, design, information technology, security, and education.
The institution’s Industry Advisory Board acts as a bridge between its academic roots and the business world – advising on what skills and knowledge are needed, and guiding the university in research and strategic planning so that education stays relevant and responsive to societal and market needs.
As a member of the Board for the Master of Business Administration (MBA) program within the College of Business Administration, Lalovich will support these objectives with a particular focus on workforce strategy, emerging leadership, organizational transformation, as well as emerging technologies including artificial intelligence, blockchain, Web3, blockchain, tokenization, and FDI-as-a-Service models.
Lalovich will also contribute to shaping the university’s MBA curriculum, strengthening industry alignment, and enhancing the development of business leaders.

Lalovich is an organizational strategist, tech entrepreneur and well-known expert in the world of blockchain and Web3 technologies. He is a partner at Agile Dynamics, an award-winning management consulting firm, and co-founded ventures like SyntheticEquity.io and AXION Technology Foundation.
A Ph.D. holder in Economic Science, Lalovich is co-author of ‘Future of Work – From Cubicle to Tribe’.
