SustainGRC and DCarbon announce strategic partnership across EMEA region
SustainGRC, a UK-headquartered provider of software for sustainability and GRC, has signed a strategic partnership with DCarbon, one of the Middle East’s largest sustainability consulting firms.
Founded by governance and risk management experts, SustainGRC provides an AI-native platform where sustainability, audit, and governance, risk & compliance (GRC) converge – ensuring automation, compliance and intelligent insights for enhanced decision-making.
As part of the agreement, DCarbon will provide its clients across the EMEA region with access to SustainGRC’s integrated platform, combined with its deep sustainability advisory expertise. The consulting firm will take an equity position in SustainGRC.

The partnership comes at a time when a growing number of executives are keen on taking on integrated approach to sustainability, governance and risk. Traditionally, the topics are regarded as separate functions.
That is where SustainGRC comes in, providing the intelligence-driven platform to bring together all relevant data. This includes risk data (sustainability, operational, financial, and compliance risks), supply chain data (in areas such as human rights and Scope 3 in the supply chain), and compliance data (financial reporting and audit trails), among others.
