Aon appoints Paul Zoghbi as Head of Talent and Data Advisory for EMEA region

Global professional services firm Aon has appointed Paul Zoghbi, CEO of the Talent Solutions business in the Middle East, to head Talent and Data Advisory for the EMEA region.

Having been with Aon for the past three years, Zoghbi will, in his expanded remit, lead the development and delivery of Aon’s data, analytics and advisory offerings with Aon Talent Solutions across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He will focus on helping clients unlock greater value from workforce, rewards and people data to make better-informed decisions in an increasingly complex and dynamic talent landscape.

Zoghbi brings a blend of consulting, commercial and high-growth technology experience to his role. Before joining Aon, he worked at food technology unicorn Kitopi, where he had served in several leadership positions including GCC Managing Director, and Chief of Staff to the CEO, where he played a key role in scaling regional operations, optimizing performance and leveraging data-driven insights to support rapid business growth.

Prior to Kitopi, Zoghbi spent several years at McKinsey & Company, where he developed extensive management consulting experience across multiple industries and advised public and private sector organizations on strategy, transformation and performance improvement, with a strong emphasis on applying analytics and data to complex business challenges.
