Tania selects Aon for its Human Capital Transformation Program
Saudi water bottling group Tania has launched its Human Capital Transformation Program, partnering with Aon to design and deliver the programme for its employees across the Kingdom.
Established in 2003 and headquartered in Riyadh, Tania is a Saudi bottled-water producer and distributor supplying consumers and organisations across the Kingdom, supported by its own production, distribution and digital ordering operations. The company’s water comes from natural sources in Saudi Arabia.
In line with its mission to build a future-ready organisation, Tania has launched a programme focused on the continued development of its people and culture. The programme aims to develop a work environment that empowers talent, opens wider horizons for growth and development, and fosters a culture of performance, excellence and leadership.
Through the initiative, Tania expects to strengthen its support for its stated goals of meeting the aspirations of its employees, elevating its corporate capabilities and enhancing its contribution to the economy and society.
According to a company statement, “The programme represents an integrated and comprehensive transformation of Tania’s end-to-end human capital practices, establishing a new phase in which we take human capital practices to global levels, building the capabilities, talent and leadership that drive Tania’s ambitions and future growth.”
“Integrated with Tania’s strategic priorities, this is not just a journey to develop human capital; it is a journey to build the future world, starting with the human being, growing with knowledge, and driven by ambition.”
Selected as its partner for the Human Capital Transformation Program is Aon, a global professional services firm. The project will be delivered by its human capital consulting team, which Tania in a statement describes as “one of the leading expertise houses in human capital solutions.”
Supporting Tania’s claim, Aon’s human capital consulting team indeed ranks among the leading human capital consultancies in the region, according to Consultancy.org’s latest industry benchmark for the region.
Headquartered in the US, Aon has around 50,000 employees across more than 120 countries. Its Middle East business operates from offices in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Oman and Qatar.
