Aon appoints Hassan Elamin and Moustafa Jarrah in Reinsurance business

Global professional services firm Aon has made two senior appointments in its Reinsurance business.

Hassan Elamin has been appointed as Managing Director for Facultative, covering the Middle East, Africa and Turkey region. In this role, he will oversee the facultative business across the region, with a focus on delivering tailored facultative solutions and strengthening Aon’s presence in these markets.

Elamin has been with Aon for over thirteen years, growing the ranks within the company’s Facultative service line. Earlier in his career, he served Lockton and Marsh.

Moustafa Jarrah has been appointed as Managing Director for Treaty, covering the Middle East and North Africa. In his new role, he will lead the treaty reinsurance proposition across the MENA region, working closely with clients and markets to deliver innovative risk transfer solutions and support Aon’s growth ambitions.

Jarrah has over fifteen years of experience in the insurance industry. He joined Aon in 2018, having previously served Fenchurch Faris and Chedid Capital.
