Cavendish Maxwell inks collaboration with International Real Estate Partners
Dubai-based real estate advisory firm Cavendish Maxwell has signed a partnership with International Real Estate Partners (IREP), an international facilities management and asset operations company.
The partnership combines Cavendish Maxwell’s expertise in property valuation and building consultancy with IREP’s capabilities in facilities management, operational performance, and asset optimisation. Through the collaboration, the two companies will offer end-to-end services for owners and developers of building assets.
The collaboration will initially focus on supporting government entities, master developers, institutional investors, and large portfolio owners across the Middle East, particularly those managing complex, mission-critical, or multi-asset environments.
According to Nick Witty, Chief Executive Officer of Cavendish Maxwell, the partnership addresses a key market need. “Large-scale asset owners often operate with fragmented delivery models, where advisory services, project execution, and operational management are handled separately. By bridging this disconnect through an integrated approach, asset owners can improve efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance long-term asset value.”
