Nick Witty new CEO of property consultancy Cavendish Maxwell

Regional property consultancy Cavendish Maxwell has appointed Nick Witty as Chief Executive Officer.

Hired externally, Nick Witty brings over three decades of international real estate experience to the firm, gained in the professional services and real estate sectors. He previously held leadership roles in businesses including Cushman Wakefield, Deloitte, and most recently, Chestertons. He has been based in the region since 2014.

In his role, Witty will lead Cavendish Maxwell’s 100-person team working from offices in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Kuwait City and Muscat.

Founded in 2008, Cavendish Maxwell offers a full range of property-related services, including valuation, strategic advisory, research, project and building advisory, investments and commercial agency expertise.
