Crescar appoints Jenny Moore as Director of Production and Quality

Crescar, a Dubai-headquartered consulting firm, has appointed Jenny Moore to the newly created role of Director of Production and Quality.

Based in Dubai, Jenny Moore will support projects across Crescar’s international footprint, with a focus on delivering consistent, high-quality outcomes across its portfolio. From its offices in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and the United Kingdom, Crescar serves clients in several international markets.

In her new role, Moore will oversee and support activities across the full project lifecycle – from business development, including account management and bid writing, through to project delivery, such as defining project briefs and strengthening project controls, and ultimately quality assurance, ensuring checks, compliance and governance.

She will also work closely with the leadership team to drive growth in existing markets by enhancing commercial excellence, while supporting the firm’s ambition to expand into new geographies.

Founded in 2020, Crescar specializes in program and project management for infrastructure initiatives, with a particular focus on the transport and mobility sectors. The consulting firm provides end-to-end support spanning advisory, planning, tendering, and project delivery, alongside functional expertise in financial, procurement, commercial, and technical domains.

Moore is already a familiar face within the organization – she has worked with Crescar as an associate for several years. “Having worked alongside Crescar and its clients for many years, I am delighted to formalize this relationship during such an exciting period of growth,” she said. “I look forward to contributing to the team’s ambitions and helping to raise the standard of project delivery across all our markets.”

Meanwhile, over in the UK, Crescar recently expanded its presence with the opening of a new office in central Stockport, strengthening its footprint in the north of England.
