Lopez Khoury & Associates partners with Global Psytech to advance human capital
Lopez Khoury & Associates has entered into a partnership with Global Psytech, a provider of psychometric assessment and talent analytics solutions. The collaboration focuses on the Qatari market.
The partnership combines the consulting and human capital expertise form Lopez Khoury & Associates with the psychometric technologies and behavioural assessment solutions from Global Psytech.
Wael Khoury, Founder and Managing Director of Lopez Khoury & Associates, said the collaboration is intended to support organisations seeking to strengthen talent acquisition, leadership development, workforce planning, and organisational effectiveness through evidence-based decision-making.

The partnership has been sealed with the MENA business of Global Psytech, which operates out of Doha. The Malaysia-headquartered business offers a wide range of psychometric assessments, behavioural analytics, and talent management solutions.
Under the collaboration framework, the two firms will explore opportunities to jointly deliver talent assessment programmes, leadership development initiatives, workforce analytics solutions, organisational diagnostics, and other human capital services tailored to the needs of public and private sector organisations in Qatar.
The partnership will also facilitate knowledge sharing and innovation in areas such as behavioural science, employee development, and organisational performance.
