ProHRPay Consulting appoints Taher Khan as Chief Strategy Officer
ProHRPay Consulting has strengthened its executive team with Taher Khan, who has been appointed as Chief Strategy Officer.
The new strategy chief brings more than two decades of experience leading enterprise transformation and strategic initiatives globally to the firm. A seasoned technology and business executive, he has extensive experience across technology, operations, business transformation, and complex enterprise environments, with a particular focus in recent years on AI-enabled HR technology and next-generation human capital management (HCM) platforms.
In his new role at ProHRPay Consulting, Khan will shape the company’s strategic direction and growth agenda across its HR and payroll consulting practice and its HCM products suite. His focus will be on identifying new market opportunities, strengthening strategic partnerships, and building scalable business capabilities.
Established a few years ago by founder Afrooz Mohammed, ProHRPay Consulting specializes in HR technology and payroll consulting services, supporting its clients end-to-end – from advisory services and process streamlining to implementation and post go-live. ProHRPay Consulting also has a growing number of proprietary tools and solutions which the firm provides on a software-as-a-service basis.
A key part of Khan’s mandate will be to guide the firm’s product roadmap toward AI-driven capabilities, from intelligent payroll processing and compliance automation to data-led workforce insights.
