Maxim Talmatchi and Dumitru Mamaliga join Knight Frank
Knight Frank has strengthened its Industrial and Logistics team in the United Arab Emirates with two senior hires: Maxim Talmatchi and Dumitru Mamaliga.
Appointed as a Manager and Co-Head of the Industrial and Logistics practice, Maxim Talmatchi has been tasked with expanding Knight Frank’s market presence in the segment. He co-leads the wing together with Adam Wynne, who has been with the real estate consultancy and commercial property agency since September last year.
Talmatchi has ten years of experience with structuring and closing real property transactions, with a focus on clients in the industrial logistics. His track record includes delivering more than 300+ successful transactions with a total deal value of more than AED 500 million.
Also joining Knight Frank from Cavendish Maxwell (both also previously served Bestington Real Estate) is Dumitru Mamaliga. He focuses predominantly on the industrial and logistics sectors in the UAE, and brings extensive experience with development, single unit and multi-unit estates, as well as landlord and tenant representation, negotiation and leasing of large, commercial assets.
Commenting on the appointments, Industrial & Logistics practice Co-Head Wynne said: “The recruitment of Maxim and Dumitru further strengthens our position as the market leaders in the industrial and logistics sector in the UAE. We are delighted to have them onboard at Knight Frank and assisting us to grow our industrial sector expertise.”
