Daniel Pugh, Tim Holmes and Mohammed Firdaus join Knight Frank

Global property consultancy Knight Frank has in recent months added three new partners to its team in the Middle East, bolstering its valuation and advisory expertise.

Daniel Pugh, Tim Holmes and Mohammed Firdaus bring over sixty years of combined experience in real estate to the Valuation and Advisory practice, which is spearheaded by Stephen Flanagan, a well-known figure in the region’s property landscape.

“The signature hire of such leading real estate industry experts such as Daniel, Tim and Mohammed signals Knight Frank’s intentions to become the market leader across the key GCC markets and our ambition to grow one of the largest and most reputable real estate consultancies in the Middle East,” said Flanagan.

Daniel Pugh and Tim Holmes – both are based in Dubai and join from rival JLL – have been appointed Head of MENA Hospitality Valuation & Advisory and Head of UAE Valuation & Advisory respectively.

Meanwhile, in Bahrain, Mohammed Firdaus has been appointed a Manager and Head of the local Valuation & Advisory practice. He crosses from Nakheel, where he spent fourteen years, latterly as a Valuation Manager for large real estate and development projects.

“I am delighted to join Knight Frank and head up their Bahrain branch offering a full range of services to help towards delivering the economic vision 2030,” said Firdaus. “I look forward to leverage my professional experience of over 20 years in valuations and real estate to assist our clients and expand our services in the region.”
