HEED eyes expansion in UAE’s sales consulting market
Specialist consulting firm HEED is stepping up its ambitions in the UAE, after gaining early success in the region with its best-practice approach to commercial excellence.
From its bases in Beirut and Riyadh, HEED has been aiding clients with redesigning and optimizing their sales practices since its inception just over a decade ago. During this period, HEED has delivered over 40 engagements across the Middle East (and beyond) and assisted these businesses in increasing their profits and uncovering untapped revenues.
With the UAE being a greenfield market for HEED, and the region’s largest after Saudi Arabia, pushing into the United Arab Emirates was “a logical next step for the firm”, said HEED partner Wael Farah.
“The UAE is an expanding market, especially in the segment that we pride ourselves to be experts in. In addition to the noticeable growing demand for our specialized services, we face a not-to-miss opportunity to differentiate ourselves and expand our best offers in this market.”
A boutique management consulting firm specialized in commercial excellence and revenue management, HEED focuses on small and mid-sized enterprises – a segment typically outside of the industry giants’ radar. “We have a proven track record helping SMEs improve their sales and profit capabilities and supporting start-ups in their journey to scale-ups,” explained Wael.
The push deeper into the UAE’s market comes at a timely moment for HEED. The UAE government is investing heavily in its SME and start-up ecosystem, with many fresh ventures being established in the technology space. “We have, over the years, supported many tech-oriented start-ups with scaling their business through building a scalable and predictable selling organization.”
In the UAE, HEED’s recent track record includes supporting Kamkalima, a rapidly growing EdTech platform for learning and teaching Arabic, with expanding its sales reach in – among others – the UAE. The firm also helped Morgan International successfully restructure its sales & marketing organization to become more customer centric.
Across its portfolio, HEED is proud to have helped its clients achieve, on average, a 17% increase in year-on-year growth within a 10-month period according to founder and managing partner Mazen Farah.
The firm’s accomplishments recently culminated in being named one of the top sales consulting firms in the Middle East, a recognition that reconfirms the firm’s integrity and dedication.
Wael added: “Focusing on sales & marketing is what sets us apart from other management consulting firms. When a client’s scope of work is directly related to achieving revenue growth, it is easy to measure project successes and failures. We bring expertise in advisory and deep discipline in execution, in order to help our clients achieve sustainable revenue growth.”
