Four Principles promotes six company members to next level
Four Principles, a consultancy specialised in lean and digital transformation, has kicked off 2023 with six company members entering new ranks.
The most senior of the sextet, Manuel Silva, has been promoted to Principal. He first joined Four Principles in 2013 as a Senior Consultant and has “always proved himself to be a highly valuable leader during his tenure”, said Patrick Wiebusch, Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Principles.
In his newly appointed role as Principal, Manuel will continue to lead Four Principles’ large scale transformation projects and focus his efforts on further growing the company footprint within the Gulf Cooperation Council.
During his 10-year tenure at Four Principles, Silva has led multiple major transformation projects across both the public and private sector, largely in Saudi Arabia, but also across the Middle East. His track record includes helping clients with quality enhancement, performance and productivity improvement, and digital excellence – helping them with saving and creating millions of dollars in value.
“During his time with us, Manuel has played an integral role of developing Four Principles into the highly acclaimed management consultancy it is today and putting us on the map with some the most prestigious clients across the GCC,” said Wiebusch.
Seif Shieshakly, fellow Co-Founder and Managing Partner, added: “Manuel spearheaded the set-up of our Digital Transformation practice and built an exceptionally strong digital ecosystem of multinational partners for Four Principles. This allowed us to not only deliver outstanding digital transformations to our clients, but to also deepen our relationships with global digital providers, to further benefit our clients in the region.”
Meanwhile, Faris Al Otaibi and Hani Tannir have been promoted to Consultant, both are part of the Lean Consulting practice. In the Digital practice, Manal Rassas has been promoted to Business Intelligence & Technology Manager, Abdalla Zaki to Senior Consultant, and Amna Javed to Consultant.
