Global automotive trends impacting the aftermarket segment

At Automechanika in the Middle East, Vishal Pandey – the founder Glasgow Research & Consulting – delivered a keynote presentation on the impact of global automotive trends on the region’s aftermarket sector.

The global automotive industry is changing at lightning speed, driven by the rise of major trends including connected vehicles, electrification, autonomous driving, shared mobility, digitisation of sales and support channels, sustainable mobility, software, and more.

These trends are having a major impact on the business and operating models of players across all segments of the automotive value chain, including the aftermarket domain.
