PwC has appointed Mohamed Al Mahroos as Country Senior Partner for its Bahrain practice.

The appointment to the top seat continues and caps a remarkable journey for Mohamed Al Mahroos at the global accounting and consulting firm. The new Bahrain boss joined the firm as an Associate in 2023, over the past decade climbing the ranks to partner in 2022 and now Country Senior Partner.

PwC has ambitious plans in the kingdom. Earlier this week, the firm announced it will next year launch a new service centre in Bahrain, which it aims to grow to a 250-strong centre. Across the Middle East, PwC has 8,000+ staff.

Looking ahead, Al Mahroos said: “I look forward to my new role, which will entail ensuring that our clients continue to be able to leverage the excellent expertise and capabilities the PwC network has to offer in order to support the Kingdom and its vision.”
