Andersen Consulting boosts tech capabilities with iNNOVATEQ and Hilal Technology
Andersen Consulting has strengthened its capabilities in digital transformation, technology, and artificial intelligence through the addition of two new collaborating firms in the Middle East.
Announced this week, Andersen Consulting has entered into a collaboration agreement with iNNOVATEQ, a Muscat-headquartered digital transformation firm dedicated to the oil & gas industry.
Founded in 2018, iNNOVATEQ works with some of the largest oil companies in Oman and the GCC region. The 100-person company specializes in intelligent workflows, operations excellence, and production optimization across the oil and gas value chain. iNNOVATEQ also delivers digital solutions via its proprietary Nibras platform, an asset and production management system. “We built iNNOVATEQ to solve real-world challenges in high-stakes, asset-heavy environments — where we give data a voice, decisions carry real impact, and digital transformation must be both practical and scalable,” said Mohammad Sweidan, CCO of iNNOVATEQ. “Our collaboration with Andersen Consulting gives us the global reach and strategic horsepower to bring our solutions to new industries and geographies facing similar pressures.”
The second firm to have joined Andersen Consulting’s network is Hilal Technology, which has more than 250 professionals working across offices in Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Oman and India.
Hilal Technology delivers digital infrastructure and managed services across cloud computing, cybersecurity, enterprise AI, and systems integration. Its offerings include cloud services, security and network operations, ERP and applications implementation, and the development of generative AI capabilities. The firm supports a wide range of industries, including financial services, oil & gas, logistics, and government.
“Transformation is more than systems, it’s about readiness, trust, and ongoing collaboration,” said Roshan George, director of Hilal Technology. “We’re excited to collaborate with Andersen Consulting and deliver scalable solutions that match the pace of digital evolution across the region.”
Welcoming the two consulting firms to the Andersen Consulting family, Mark Vorsatz, global chairman and CEO of Andersen said: “Their multidisciplinary, execution-focused approach aligns seamlessly with our commitment to helping clients modernize their digital operations and infrastructure at scale.”
