James Hodgetts joins Middle East partner team of Knight Frank

International real estate consultancy Knight Frank has strengthened its partner team in the Middle East and Africa region with James Hodgetts.

Appointed a partner in the Occupier Strategy and Solutions practice, Hodgetts brings over a decade of experience in the regional real estate market and a track record of success in the delivery of occupier strategy and solutions.

In his role, he will spearhead initiatives that optimise workplace flexibility, reduce costs, and mitigate risks associated with real estate strategies. His remit spans the Middle East and Africa with a focus on the GCC region.

Prior to joining Knight Frank, he served as a Director at rival JLL, where he specialised in commercial real estate and investment management. Earlier in his career, he held a number of roles in consulting and real estate.

Hodgetts holds certifications from the International Association for Contract & Commercial Management (IACCM) and Projects in Controlled Environments (Prince2). He is currently pursuing the Master of Corporate Real Estate (MCR) program with CoreNet Global.
